Certification
Where a diamond, coloured stone or jewellery piece is supplied with a laboratory report or certificate, those details can be provided for review before purchase. Not every piece will include independent certification.
Treatments and origin notes
Known treatment notes and documented origin information are disclosed where available. If a detail is not documented, Stone & Vale will not present it as guaranteed.
Independent review
For high-value purchases, clients may request additional information or discuss whether independent review is appropriate before proceeding.
