Reports and documentation
Where a laboratory report accompanies a diamond or gemstone, we provide its details for review and explain what the report does and does not establish. A grading report records assessed characteristics; it is not a valuation.
Independent documentation
Available laboratory reports are disclosed with each piece. Where appropriate, independent certification can also be arranged before purchase, with laboratory choice depending on the gemstone and the type of report required. Additional charges and lead time may apply; we confirm these before you proceed.
Clear gemstone disclosure
Where gemstone treatment is known — such as heating, oiling or colour enhancement — we state it. Available origin information and laboratory documentation are also disclosed with the piece.
